Music Together Ireland
Making Music Accessible For All !

→ news & upcoming events

Music Together Ireland provides fully accessible creative opportunities in music and related performing arts. These range from entry level work to inspire new musicians to public performance of new works by musicians with several years experience.

Our Activities

Music Together Ireland's activities are aimed primarily at adults with disabilities who have not been able to access music education because of a lack of specialist teaching, assistive technology or because of the lack of opportunity to learn basic skills.

Our aim is to enhance and develop performers' skills in music, voice, composition, percussion and music technology with a view to performing concerts at Arts Events in the area and build new audiences for arts and disability events and demonstrate Music Together's integrated approach to the performing arts.

Vintage day 2015

Music Network and Capital Music Scheme Ireland have awarded Music Together Ireland funding for an ALUPHONE - a musical instrument for deaf blind.

We have been using the aluphone in public performances with Ann Sullivan students and students from other disability organisations in Co. Dublin and Co. Wicklow.
So far the encounter with this new instrument has been exciting and fulfilling for everyone.
